Enable others to bring the change

Leadership is not about giving order to the people, I believe real leadership is enabling others to bring the changes in their life which will finally bring significant change in the society as well. Our organization Kaivalya Education Foundation is working similarly by enabling the leadership skill of head masters to bring the change in the school ecosystem and make a difference in current Indian Education System.
I would like to narrate a short story about the same:

Be the change, Bring the change :)

       Yesterday on 7th Oct 2017, I visited one of the government schools, GPS Darbaripur, where I have been working from the last one year, I observed that Head Teacher is not motivated enough to take the lead in morning assembly and not expressing his ideas & thoughts in front of the students. So I decided to work on it, for this I collected several audio recordings from other school head teachers in which they narrated the motivational and moral story for the  students, and i motivated him to record similar story so that we can play it in the assembly. Firstly he refused to do this activity but after listening to the audios from other schools , He got the confidence to express himself. He recorded a moral story in his mobile, We listened to it, He asked me for some more time to record it again with improved version. :)

We can see that everyone wants to bring best out of himself but they need some kind of motivation to bring it into their actions.
